pplCRM keeps every relationship your organization cares about (supporters, donors, volunteers, households, and companies) in one place, together with the conversations, donations, events, and tasks attached to them.

Not seeing a section?
The Admin section only appears for administrators. If you need access to users or configuration, ask a workspace admin. See Users and roles.

A good first session

  1. Open PeopleThis grid is the heart of the app. Add a person with the + button, or bring your existing data in via Import data from CSV.
  2. Open a profileClick the name in the first column to see everything about one person: activity, emails, newsletters, donations, events, and volunteer history.
  3. Organize with tags and listsTags describe people; lists group them for action. See Tags and issues and Static and dynamic lists.
  4. Send your first newsletterPick a template, choose an audience, and send. Create and send a newsletter walks through it.

Your workspace starts in demo mode
