Waiting for beta approval

Why a brand-new workspace cannot sign in yet, and what happens next.

pplCRM is in beta. Anyone can sign up, but each new workspace is reviewed before it opens, so we only take on as many organizations as we can support properly.

What happens after you sign up

Your workspace is createdNothing is lost while you wait. The organization, your owner account, and the sample data are all set up and waiting for you.
Verify your emailYou get the usual verification link. Click it now so there is nothing left to do when your workspace opens.
We review the signupTrying to sign in before then shows a "waiting for approval" note instead of the password box. That is expected; your password is fine.
We email you when you are inThe message goes to the address you signed up with and links straight to sign-in.

Joining an organization that already uses pplCRM?

Ask them to invite you from Users instead of signing up. Invitations are not affected by the beta review; you can sign in as soon as you set your password. See Users and roles.

If you have been waiting longer than you expected, or your situation is time-sensitive (an election date, for example), write to [email protected] and tell us. We read every one.
